Spheric Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Spheric, a private video, voice, and text messaging platform that connects coaches with the members of their communities. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Spheric.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Spheric. If you are under 18, you may use Spheric only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it. Keep your password secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your content

You own the video, voice, text, and photo content you create. You grant Spheric and your coach a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to deliver the service to the people it is addressed to (your community, tier, or coach). You are responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to share it.

Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content

Spheric has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, send, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, violent, or that infringes others' rights, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse any other user.

By using Spheric you agree that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Reporting, blocking & moderation

Every message can be reported from inside the app, and you can block any user so you no longer see their content. We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users — including removing content and ejecting the responsible user — within 24 hours. Reports about a coach are escalated to the platform operator rather than to that coach.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the You tab in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your memberships, and the messages and recordings you created. This cannot be undone.

Payments

Paid memberships are sold by individual coaches through their own Stripe accounts; Spheric facilitates the connection but is not the merchant of record for those subscriptions. Billing terms, renewals, and refunds are set by the coach and by Stripe's terms. Spheric never sees or stores your card details.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using Spheric and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

Spheric is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spheric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Coaching content is provided by coaches, not by Spheric, and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
